The Highwaterhouse offers self catering accommodation in the Pringle Bay and Hangklip area.

• The house caters for up to 8 guests only. No additional guests allowed without the permission of management.
• All guests need to bring their own towels and toiletries. Bedding is provided for downstairs bedrooms.
• Additional guests sleeping on bunks upstairs need to bring duvets and pillows.
• Access to the house is via a winding farm road. Luxury vehicles with low suspensions are not recommended. SUV’s, Bakkies and 4×4 are more suitable for the farm road! Direct access to the house is by 4×4 only. There is a parking area for standard vehicles a short 4 minute walk from the house.
• All guests are required to read and sign the House Rules on arrival.
• We require a refundable deposit of R1500 in event of any damages to the property. 
• Minimum booking is for two nights!
